Funeral mass for the late Elsie Mary Pellerin will be held Monday July 25th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Larry's River. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Parish Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Communities Along the Bay Hall.

Pellerin, Elsie Mary Age 99, of Larry’s River, Guysborough Co. passed peacefully into God’s hands on Friday June 17, 2016 in Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough. Born in Larry’s River on May 26, 1917, Elsie was the eldest daughter of the late Frank and Florence Avery(nee Pettipas) and beloved wife of the late William J. Pellerin and Francis Pellerin. She was the beloved mother of Malcolm (Lina), Montreal, QC; Howard (Patricia), Tewksbury, Mass; Harvey, Larry’s River and mother-in-law of Diane Pellerin, Florida; cherished sister of Theresa Avery, Florida; Rita Richard, Montreal. She was predeceased by son, Leo Pellerin, daughter, Evelyn Pellerin, sisters, Sadie Avery, and Verina McGowan. Elsie will be lovingly remembered by her 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Words of gratitude are extended to the staff of Guysborough Memorial Hospital and Milford Haven Home for Special Care for their exceptional and compassionate care.
