RICHARD, Donald Stephen Age 58 of Charlos Cove, Guysborough County, died Friday, August 26, 2016, in Charlos Cove. He was a son of the late Edmund and Margaret (Mannette) Richard. Donald had worked at the Canso Fish Plant, unloaded boats; did drywall and home repairs. He loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. He was always willing to help others. Donald is survived by son, Ryan; brothers, Harvey and Cecil (Wendy); sisters, Edith Cashin, Rena (Paul) Cashin, Myrtle Johnson, Theresa Harris; many nieces, nephews, special great-nieces, "Little Munchkin" and Morgan; cousins and friends.  He was predeceased by brothers, Ervin and Thomas, godfather and friend Joe Johnson. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in The Communities Along the Bay Multipurpose Center, Bradford Pellerin Room, Larry’s River. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 am in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Charlos Cove, with Rev. Danny MacLennan officiating. Family flowers only please.
