LESLIE, Frances Catherine "Kaye" Age 94, formerly of  Goldenville, Guysborough County passed away peacefully on June, 11, 2018 in St Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke. Kaye was a daughter of the late Malcolm and Isabell (Bennett) McKeen. She is survived by her children, Barb (George) Scanlon, Wayne (Paulette) Baker, Bev (Wayne) Biron, Faye (Wayne) Stewart, Randy (Elsie) Leslie, Patsy (Allan) Farrell, Sandy (Bob) Lomond, Terry Leslie; brothers, Gordon McKeen, Burt McKeen; grandchildren, great-grandchildren;  many nieces and nephews. Kaye was predeceased by husbands, Gerald Baker and James Leslie, brothers, Alec McKeen, Charlie McKeen, sisters, Annie Stone, Mary Allen, Jennie Rutherford, and Hilda Kitchen. In keeping with Kaye’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place in St. Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery, Marie Joseph. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke or to a charity of your choice. The Family would like to thank Dr. Ackermann, Dr. Hyatt, nurses and staff at St Mary’s Memorial Hospital for the excellent care given to their Mom.
