McLeod, Cheryl Ann, Age 56, of Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough County passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020 in St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke. Born in Brooks, Alberta she was a daughter of the late Albert and Frances (Roads) Ibach. Cheryl was a Continuing Care Assistant in both Alberta and Nova Scotia. In Nova Scotia, she worked at High-Crest Sherbrooke Home for Special Care and R.K.MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish. Cheryl is survived by her partner, Blaine Harpell; sons, Tynan McLeod (Magen), Sundre, Alberta; John Currie (Jenson), Medicine Hat, Alberta; grandson, Declan; sister, Patricia Ibach, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; brother, Michael (Krista) Ibach, Brooks, Alberta; nieces, nephews and their families. A Celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held Sunday, January 12th at 2 p.m. in the Indian Harbour Lake and Jordanville Community Centre. Interment will take place at a later date.
