Hayne, Nina Mae (Keith) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nina Hayne of Country Harbour, 85, on October 21, 2020 in High-Crest Sherbrooke Home for Special Care. Born in Country Harbour, she was a daughter of the late and Everett and Dorothy (Hudson) Keith. Nina was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church. She loved to quilt, enjoyed bingo and working around the yard. Over the years she loved to go camping. Nina is survived by her children, Beverley (Eugene) Sullivan, Stellarton;  Keith (Marsha) Hayne, Frasers Mountain; Donna Hayne, Lower South River; Pam (Rick) Chisholm, Antigonish; Evelyn Hayne, Country Harbour; grandchildren, Pammy, Michelle, Ashley, Christopher, Katy-Sue, Karly, Chet, Abbey, Mitch; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Wade (Linda) Keith, Country Harbour, Jack (Marjorie) Keith, Upper South River; several nieces, nephews and their families. Nina was predeceased by her husband, Robert Hayne; brothers, Fred and Gary Keith; sisters, Shirley Bryden; Carrie, Laura, Carol in infancy and sister-in-law, Geneva Keith. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside funeral service will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican  Cemetery, Country Harbour with Rev. Sue Channen officiating. Social distancing protocols must be followed and masks are mandatory for people outside of Nina’s family bubble. Family flowers only please. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nina may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Country Harbour. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the High-Crest Sherbrooke Home for Special Care for their compassion and care during Mom’s time with them.
