Wulf, Rudolf Carl Albert "Rudy"— 82, Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, passed away on May 12th, 2012 in High-Crest Home for Special Care, Sherbrooke. Born in Hamburg, Germany, September 4, 1929 he was the only child of the late Albert and Martha (Melchert). Rudy immigrated to Canada in 1952, settling in Saskatchewan working on a farm and in the oil fields. Relocating to Manitoba in 1961 Rudy worked at the Winnipeg Zoo and then began dairy farming in Haywood Man. in 1971. He moved back to Saskatchewan and Alberta before retiring to Nova Scotia in 2000. Rudy is survived by his wife of 57 years, Clara Marie (Rothenburger); sons, Leslie (Dawn), Dallas Tex.; Paul (Tresette), Calgary, Alta.; daughter, Bernadine; grandchildren, Christine (Mike), Dustin, Jordan, Braden, Casy, Rick, Michael; great-grandchildren, Xoe, Seth, Alexis and Jack. He was predeceased son, Richard. There will be no visitation or funeral service at Rudy’s request. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
