Pellerin, George age 91,
Larrys’ River, Guysborough County, died Tuesday, January 7,
2014 in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Larrys’
River, he was a son of the late Joseph and Charlotte (Avery) Pellerin.
George was a veteran of the Second World War, stationed in Halifax at
#6 District Depot (Army Barracks). In earlier years he worked at New
Glasgow Eastern Car Works and later at the Larrys’ River
Fish Plant. George is survived by, brother Ronnie, Florida, USA; many
nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Alice; brothers,
Simon, Walter, Jeffery, Edward, Frederick; sisters, Sadie Hynes,
Hattie Kline, Delphine Roger, Kay Duchesneau, Eva Zwicker. Visitation
and funeral service will be held in the spring as George requested.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Peter’s Parish
Cemetery Fund or Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements
