Bouchie, Theresa Kathleen age 71 of Port Bickerton, Guysborough County, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022 in High-Crest Sherbrooke Home for Special Care.  She was a daughter of the late Floyd and Kathleen (Hanlon) Gates.  Theresa was a devoted wife and mother to her family; she also had a strong work ethic, having worked many years at the Port Bickerton Fish Plant, Sherbrooke Village, Canada Post, and the convenience store in Port Bickerton. She is survived by son, Floyd (Tanya) Calgary, Alberta; daughter, Wanda (David) Johnson, Bible hill; granddaughter, Lauren; sisters, Olive Rossong, Monica "Tootie" Gates; many nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her husband, Gregory and his parents, Seward and Dorothy Bouchie. In keeping with Theresa’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia. Arrangements are under the dignified and compassionate care of G. W.
