Armsworthy, Jerry Stanley Age 69 of Half Island Cove, Guysborough County, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 1, 2023. Born in Canso, he was a son of the late Ralph and Emma (Dort) Armsworthy. He is survived by his common-law wife, Brenda Bent, children, Rachel Pellerine, Jamie (Martin), Anita (Kelly), Chelsie (Pierre), step-children; Matthew, Tanya and Bethany; grandchildren, Godfrey Adian, Dalton, Ethan, Brayden, Kevin James, step-grandchildren, Davin, Cohen and Chloe; brother, Donald (Lillian),John (Linda), sister, Stella (George) McNeary, Lorraine (Herb); many nieces, nephews and their families; loved by his many friends of all ages. Jerry was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis; son-in-law, Godfrey Adrian Pellerine, brother, William, sisters, Shirley, Gloria, Ruby and Barbra.  In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Unit at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Arrangements are under the dignified and compassionate care of G.W.
