David, Mary Ann Age 66 of Guysborough, and formerly of Larry’s River, Guysborough County, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Ivy (Pettipas) David. Mary Ann worked at various places over the years; Victoria General Hospital, Chateau Halifax, Montreal Cote St. Luc Convalescent Home, Victoria Hall, Bickerton Industries, and Seafreeze, Canso. She volunteered with GOALS in Guysborough. She is survived by many cousins, and was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Walter David. Cremation has taken place. As per Mary Ann’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held Friday, September 15th in St. Peter’s Parish Cemetery, Larry’s River with Rev. Godwin Kalu officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Guysborough Memorial Hospital or Canadian Diabetes Association.
