MACLENNAN, Nancy Lee Age 67 of Bible Hill, and formerly of Country Harbour, Guysborough County, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Sherbrooke, Nancy was a daughter of the late James and Ruth (Preston) Kirk. She was raised in Glenelg and lived most of her life in Country Harbour. Nancy was an avid reader, especially anything written by Danielle Steel; enjoyed BINGO and was an animal lover especially cats. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Grace Hudson (Chris Moffatt), Patricia Hudson (Allan Sutherland), Tina McLellan (Derrek); stepdaughters, Sandra Smith, Mary Catherine MacLennan; stepson, Vernon MacLennan; grandchildren, Nate, Ben, Evelyn, Henry, Tyrel; step-grandchildren, Victoria, Caroline, Catherine and Harley King; sisters, Donna Howard, Elizabeth Device; brothers, Jim Kirk, Brian Kirk; many nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her husband, Alex "Tud" MacLennan. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, in the Country Harbour Gun Club with Rev. Meredith Marple officiating. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Aspen. Memorial donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada, Suite 500, 250 Dundas West, Toronto, ON, M5T 2Z5.
